What to expect...

Hey, y'all, I just wanted to give you an idea of what's coming up this week.

Because I work part-time outside the home, I thought it would be fun to show you pics of where I work.  My husband has been self-employed for the past 10 years (yeah!) and I recently shut down my freelance graphic design business to go to work for his company.

I thought it would fun for you guys to see where I am when I'm not here in blog land.  I work for The Mirazon Group, LLC based in Louisville, KY.  It is an independent IT consulting firm that specializes in Virtualization and SAN sales and support.

We are expecting some snow this week -- forecast is for 1 - 8 inches (that narrows it down).  So if we have snow days I may or may not be in my cubicle, but if I am I will be taking pictures and posting them to my blog.

Of course, since I work with my husband I am pretty free to decorate my space as I wish -- and take a few minutes to take a few pics... (I'm sure THAT won't draw any questions....)  But I don't mind.

So be on the look out for that in the next couple of days.

Also, I might get to another room of the house -- maybe the master bedroom, or the basement family room.  We'll see...

Daily chores such as laundry and cooking may get in the way of all my blogging fun, but I'm sure I'll have some time...

Can't wait to see you again,

Billie

  1. Hi, Billie! Been over here getting to know you. What a change in your daughter's room! From Rainbow Sherbert to Teen Room!
That's great that you and your husband are able to work together. We do as well, at certain times of the year, and I really enjoy it! Took a little getting used to at first but it is such a blessing!
Congratulations on beginning your blog! Designed for Life is a great name. Oh, and thank you so much for your sweet comments!
